This institute commonly known as Christian Institution and came into existence in May, 1995 with a view to afford job opportunities to the educated youth of Himachal Pradesh as well as for the neighboring states since there was no other Institute of this kind in Kullu-Manali . In the beginning this institute was providing Paramedical training courses as Diploma in Medical Laboratory, Technician and Diploma in Medical Radiology (X-Ray) Technician and these courses were approved and recognized by the Himachal Pradesh
Paramedical Council & Government of Himachal Pradesh. As the Techno-Medical Welfare Society Dhalpur Kullu is a duly registered organization under Society’s Registration XXI, 1860 act. The Society launched Nursing Training course known as Diploma in General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM-staff Nurse) and also B.Sc. Nursing Course of 4 Years and this course is duly approved and recognized by the Himachal Pradesh Nurses Registration Council –Government of Himachal Pradesh and also approved and recognized by the Indian Nursing council – Government of India and this college is affiliated with Himachal Pradesh University- Shimla.
Christian Nursing College, Near Head Post Office , Dhalpur Kullu, Himachal Pradesh is situated in the heart of the town and housed in a well structured building with all the required facilities . It is centrally located, having a charming and attractive campus and beautiful view etc. The Institute has been awarded several times by the international Rotary Club Kullu for outstanding and dedicated services . Institute also encourages donation of blood to patients in need in the Govt./Private hospitals as and when requested .

The institution is situated in the heart of the Kullu town and housed in a very good building with required sufficient facilities. It is centrally located near head post office, Dhalpur. Kullu having a charming and attractive campus. The institute has been awarded several times for appreciation awards and certificates from the International Rotary Club and other organizations for outstanding and dedicated services. The institution also encourages donation of blood to patients in need in the Government/Private Hospitals as and when required. The institute arranges picnic tour programs twice in a year from Kullu to Manali and Solangnala to Snow point, Kullu to Manikaran or Kullu to prasher lake etc.The institute is recognized by the HPNRC SHIMLA,INC NEW DELHI AND HPU SHIMLA.
