Message from the Principal

It is Immerse pleasure for me to associate myself with Satyam College of Nursing as a Principal. This College was established in 2014. The College offers B.Sc. (N), Post Basic B.Sc (N) and GNM Courses. The College is located in village Lanjot which is a beautiful, quiet and suitable area for study. Nursing, according to me ,is a unique profession which has a blend of cognitive, psychomotor and affective domain. I feel that education should not be confined only to books, but empower oneself to explore various avenues. Each student have innate abilities and their own strengths. As a facilitator ,mentor, educator it is our bound duty to tap their interest and to build and inculcate the right values amongst them. The focus of the institute is to develop the personality of the students and to prepare nurses with right knowledge, kind and proper attitude. The faculty along with all the non-teaching and supportive staff strive to provide quality nursing education in order for them to render standard nursing care in the health care area.
I, as a Principal, look forward to seeing the institute in the limelight and to be recognized as one of the best Nursing Institutions.

The Campus is situated at the Village Lanjot (Basnoor) of Rait City in peaceful atmosphere for learning and assimilation. The campus provides all basic amenities and facilities and is easily approachable by road transport. The building has ample of space, natural light & ventilation.The campus is having 00-50-01 hect. of lush green campus with 13 Kanal of carpet area with basic facilities. We are providing the courses that are continuously improving and focused on new ideas and skills of Nursing Education. The courses are concerned to help the students to become excellent Nurses. We are providing the conceptual knowledge through highly qualified and experienced staff, rich and updated library and practical knowledge in well equipped and furnished laboratories.

Knowledge must continuously renewed by ceaseless effort. It is not to be lost. It resembles a statue of marble which stands in desert and is continuously threatened with burial by the shifting sand. The hands of service must ever be at work, in order that the marble continue to lastingly shine in the sun. To these serving hands mine also belong.
