Dear students welcome to Shree balaji hospiotal and college of nursing we are imparting nursing education to young women in Himachal Pradesh, which is a very substantial, potent and conscientious task. We all know that women are a great human resource and the role of women in the society is critical for development of a nation. To empower woman is to increase their control over the decisions that affect their lives both within and outside the house hold. Through their empowerment women gain greater share of control over resources and it gives them the power of decision making in the home, community, society and nation. I am extremely proud of to being a woman.
One of the most important keys to success is having discipline to do what you know what you should do, even when you don’t like doing it. And in order to succeed your desire for success should be greater than you fear for failure.
Succeeding in the life is a simple as being a student. All you have to do is pay attention work hard and give it your best shot. The faculty of nursing believes in providing nursing education based on scientific principles.

graduate with the experineces can rapidly move into leadership positions in nursing education, nursing services and administration.
